A hasty deployment of a structure of strict and severe global control is being stealthily erected through mechanisms of technical standardization, concealed supranational bureaucratic policies and the use of reassuring and appeasing euphemisms.
In this network, one of the main pieces that can be found in the center of this surveillance machinery, is ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization), a "specialized" agency of the United Nations.
Its facade is that of a technical entity that coordinates air navigation, but it is a fundamental part of the infrastructure that establishes the standard of digital passports, the massive biometric collection.
Biometrics: an undeniable norm
Under the justification of facilitating air "safety" and consolidating a power that transcends national borders, this body has promoted regulations that turn the human face into a digital passport.
Acting as obedient executors of the dictated guidelines, the subordinate bureaucrats of each nation with a suspicious speed rush to implement these systems; intentionally ignoring that the accuracy of biometric data is inherently questionable and more so than EVER will be accurate.
The worn-out foundation of "security" is essentially an artifice: a mechanism of control fraudulently presented to the masses as an indispensable technological advance, who docile accept and approve that deception convinced by the official account despite the many alerts offered.
The "Sustainable Development" programme, which is being promoted and implemented globally, is not just an economic roadmap; is the ideological vehicle of the avid technocracy of power and control, under which facial biometrics has become a mandatory requirement for the validation of identities.
A tool of domination: Standardization of the norm
Technical engineering unification is the basis of this "digital gulag." ICAO biometric standards are a set of global specifications established to "ensure" that travel documents (such as passports, visas and identification cards) are "secure," interoperable and compatible with automated border control systems around the world.
ICAO defines specifications for Machine Readable Travel Documents (MRTDs). The stated objective is "interoperability," but the real consequence is the creation of a global network where any citizen can be tracked and analyzed by automated systems anywhere in the world, no matter if they are in an airport, in a public square or walking along the sidewalk of a street. A tendency where they will always be monitored and controlled.
The ecosystem of ISO/IEC standards
ICAO supports its framework on the standards of ISO (International Organization for Standardization) and IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission). The interaction between these entities guarantees and ensures that no country escapes the homogenization of control:
• Through ISO/IEC 19794-5 defines the technical tyranny of the facial image (resolution, lighting, head position). It is the standard that dictates how the "prisoner" should be before the official lens.
• Through ISO/IEC Standard 19794-4 and 6 they extend the scope to the collection of fingerprints and iris scans, further deepening the extraction of sensitive data.
Transition 2026-2030: Tightening the fence
ICAO is currently undergoing a renewal process towards ISO/IEC 39794. The official narrative argues that this gives greater "security" and allows for more extensive metadata. However, behind the euphemism of "future-proof," hides a system designed for the scalability of indefinite incarceration:
• As of 1 January 2026 all global inspection systems should be able to process this new format.
• The period from 2026 to 2030 was established as the transitional period where the old and new formats will coexist, while States are obliged to update their surveillance infrastructures.
• Post 2030: The standard will be fully enforced and the old standard will be completely obsolete. The system will become closed and unchangeable in the control of human movements.
Freedom in technical custody: Prisoners at the airport
The modern traveller has accepted a frightening paradox: to exercise his right to mobility, he must undergo scrutiny that would exceed the controls of any prison.
The strict specifications required for passport photos (35x45 mm, with a 70-80% facial occupancy) are critical parameters for algorithmic facial recognition to work without friction or error.
On having been implemented globally and adopted as more than 150 countries, these norms allow the functioning of the electronic doors (ABC - Automated Border Control). These doors are not simple readers of documents; they are the guardians of the new technocratic era, where identity verification results in access or denial of transit, based on constant comparison against biometric databases.
Technocratic consolidation: Towards One World, One Government, One Law
ICAO is an important machinery gear that has allowed expertocrats to erect a supranational framework that ignores individual sovereignty. Under the slogan of "efficiency" and "security," they have managed to get populations to accept the dispossession of their anonymity as a benefit.
The reality that one tries to hide is that, once the biometric architecture is installed, it is impossible to dismantle. Every time a citizen gives his face to a scanner at an airport he is feeding a system that knows no borders and that, above all, does not have an "exit" or backward mechanism.
The invisible gulag
The control is stealthily deployed. People traveling through airports are convinced that facial recognition is a "breakthrough" that saves them time in the ranks. What is not perceived and what is not conscious is that the architecture of a surveillance system is being validated that will inevitably overflow outside the air terminals towards public spaces, financial transactions and daily life. It's actually already happening.
Throughout history it has been repeatedly demonstrated that the tools created for "security" have always ended up being used for the oppression of peoples.
This deployment of ISO/IEC 39794 standards in 2026 is a further benchmark in the sophistication of human control. The ICAO regulation is the clear proof that the technology is not neutral, and that on the contrary it is at the service of an agenda that, among many other things, turns the passage, through an airport, into the definitive biometric reading of a controlled subject.
The ICAO, another link in the chain of control, is helping to manage the transition to a surveillance model where the State, and the experts behind international organizations, possess the digital key to our existence.
As has already been warned, "Tomorrow will be late."
Those who today docilely accept scanning, biometric photo, electronic payments, and digital passport or ID (Digital Identification) are being the architects of their own cage.
True security cannot lie in total vigilance, but in the autonomy of the individual.
